Cagdas and Victoria, business partners, friends, and colleagues, crossed paths over a decade ago while jointly leading a tour across Turkey. Their journey reached its apex at Gallipoli, marking the centenary of the ANZAC landings. Despite hailing from diverse continents and backgrounds, they unearthed a mutual affinity for history, politics, travel, philosophy, and, notably, gastronomy.
